The Board of Directors of the Spain-Florida Foundation 500 years, the uppermost members of the organization met on the 18 of June in their head office in Coral Gables, this was the second session of 2010.
During that meeting the topics of debate were internal affairs, such as the regular recurrence of the meetings of the board as well as other financial affairs. Such meeting was also crucial in order to continue the development of the Foundation’s Committees such as the Board of Trustees, Friends of the Foundation and Advisors.
The closing topic of discussion were the multiple educational as well as cultural activities that are being prepared for the second semester of the year, particularly during the Hispanic month, and this provided an opening shot for the next grant IESE-Spain Florida Foundation 500 years that will be announced within a few days.
The board of directors is made up by 20 members:

This section of direction is renewed annually and is put together by those who make a minimum contribution of $10,000 or made any other significant contribution to the purposes of the Foundation. They are honorary members of the board D. Santiago Cabanas (General Council of Spain), D. Mario Buisan (Chief counselor of the Spanish commercial office in Miami), D. Gonzalo Gonzalez de Lara (Aggregate of Education) and D. Alvaro Armada.
